I offer phone or video sessions depending on your preference. Either way, this is your time - to share, explore, and make a plan for the future. You are in the driver's seat.

With each session you will process and interpret your experiences, thoughts, and feelings to improve your understanding and resilience. You will be given new tools and develop new skills that may be general in nature or specific to your problem.

The frequency and total number of sessions will depend on the specifics of the problem(s) you are navigating, whether you complete assigned work between sessions, and your objectives for therapy. Although the number of sessions generally ranges from 5 to 20 for most clients, there is no set minimum or maximum. It is my goal to help get you healthy, happy, and functioning as quickly as possible but this may take more or less time depending on you and your circumstances.
